DJ MAKIN NOISE started his DJ career on Long Island, NY in 1991. He hustled for every opportunity and every piece of music equipment. 

Starting with speakers from a rack system and Realistic amp, he jumped into djaying house parties and worked his way up the ladder, branching out to high school parties with his mentor Martin King.  He evetually earned enough money to purchase a set of Technic 1200's and 15" speakers from hustling gigs and working tirelessly to accomplish his goal.

In high school, he linked up with a transfer student who heard about his mixtapes and offered a connection to colored cassette tapes which if recorded on them would stand out from all the other mixtape djs on the scene because of the uniqueness of the color. Not only did it work, but it caught the attention of two audio engineers who were planning to start a radio show at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY(90.3 WBAU). At just 21 year old, DJ Makin Noise was now the newest DJ for The "M-Train" radio show in 1994 hosted by Dawn C and Andrew Spence.

His radio journey did not end there. He went on to DJ for multiple radio shows in the Tri-State NY area and his DJ career blossomed and floursished after he linked up with then manager Kenny Calhoun of De La Soul fame in 1996 and then "The Candy Store Marketing Group" in 2000, landing him a majority of gigs in Manhattan, NY including; The Chappelle Show Listening Party and the Warren G "Midnight Hour" Listening Party .

He has also appeared on The Chappelle's Show "The Lost Episodes" where he played a barber in the first scene of Episode 1.

These days Makin Noise is a Music Business Major and Music Producer known for his work under the alias: "TheBigFellaFrumNY" with albums "Table 4 Too" ,Elevator Music For Introverts" and more currently streaming on all platforms! He is also TikTok creator with a regular following of over 13k followers.
